通过这次小学英语教师的培训，我学到了许多教学知识和方法，提高了自身的基本的素质，为今后的教学工作奠定了基础，下面我就对这次的培训谈谈我的几点体会：
一、英语教师必须具备扎实的基本功。
作为一个小学英语教师必须要有听、说、读、写、画、唱、跳这些基本功。这次，我听了几天课。这些老师们都具备了扎实的基本功，他们的教学方法也令人耳目一新，值得我们学习。特别是xx老师，她在教学中注重知识的积累和拓展，注重了学生学习策略的培养。为了帮助学生巧记单词，她首先引导学生分析相同的读音单词，帮助学生认读新单词。阅读中的任务设置也很到位，阅读时采用了略读和细读。在教学中，老师充分体现了阅读课特点，引导学生进入话题，帮助学生化解了重难点，指导学生掌握了阅读技巧。邱老师在教学中，也注重围绕故事情节展开教学，注重创设情境，让学生感受语言，让学生在活动中体验语言。
还有廖老师的课，也让我开了眼界。廖老师课堂教学技巧娴熟，逐渐形成了自己的教学风格，为了突破重难点，老师运用了抢答的形式，调动了学生的积极性，为了吸引学生的注意力，老师自制了教具，让学生在学中玩，玩中学，愉悦了课堂，充分发挥了学生的主体作用。
二、 理念和思想的更新。
通过这次培训学习，还使我们明白了应该树立终生学习、终身培训的意识，不断更新观念，勤于学习，与时俱进。随着经济国际化全球化的发展，英语词汇的不断更新，社会需求对英语教师的口语、语音、技能等水平要求会越来越高，如果教师不注意加强自身的学习，势必会被动挨打，还误人子弟。
三、自身英语能力的提高。
这次培训，领导、老师根据我们学员的实际情况，给我们安排的一些提高自身英语能力的课程，如精读，让我们重温了以前学过的一些语法知识；还有语音课，语音老师准确的发音让我们佩服，她对每个音素的生动讲解让我们对牢记在心；她还给我们上口语课，让我们感受了标准的英语口语，掌握的了一些基本的口语交际；在这几天里，我们不管是英语口语、语音、语调，还是听力都有了很大进步。

学习英语的心得体会
细心。高中的英语并不难，但是所学习的内容却可以衍生出很多的分支，比如说词汇的派生词、固定搭配、不同语态下的不同意义. 在学习的过程中，我们要做到细心地发现问题，比较记忆，力求能够举一反三。而在学习训练当中，要认真对待每一道题目、每一个选项..务求做到不忽略每一个细节。细节决定成败，态度决定一切!
耐心。实际上，高中的英语知识很多时候是在不断地重复着。在这种情况之下，我们要沉得住气，在重复之中深化自己的知识。例如，不少的同学在学习高二、高三语法的时候沉不住气，认为课本上的le．vision内容只是在简单重复高一必修模块中的内容，因而对这些课程不重视，这些同学的语法知识就一直在高一的水平原地踏步，甚至可能影响到语法填空的解题和在作文中的灵活运用。很多英语知识，是经过不断的重复来加深掌握的程度的，耐心也因此成为学习英语过程中的重要因素。
信心。一定要对自己有信心，相信自己一定能学好英语，一定能考好英语，自信是走向成功的第一步(confidence in yourself is the first step on the road tosuccess)。并一直努力着，正如名言所说，it’s perspirationrather than inspiration that leads a man to success．只要付出了汗水，我们有理由相信最后的结果会令我们满意!
